SUBJECT: Renewed formal criminal complaint naming BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA and OBAMA’S CRIMINAL ASSISTANTS in commission of the crime of TREASON against the United States of America.

1. We are arrived at a point in our Nation’s life where BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA and OBAMA’S CRIMINAL ASSISTANTS threaten the life of our Nation to the point of death. OBAMA and his CRIMINAL COHORTS install an unconstitutional, rival, and competing government that replaces our United States Constitution.

2. Mr. OBAMA’s unconstitutional government is thriving and growing. Under Mr. OBAMA the United States Constitution no longer operates. Mr. OBAMA and his OUTLAW PARTNERS enforce their own form of unconstitutional, treasonous government.

3. Proofs and evidences of OBAMA’s TREASON are manifest. Moreover we have Mr. OBAMA’s two-year silent agreement and consent.

4. Chillingly we find senior military officials, command racketeers, no more obedient to the United States Constitution than Mr. OBAMA. I point to the ATTAINDER courts-martial of Army Colonel, Doctor Terrence Lakin and Sargeant of Marines Lawrence Gordon Hutchins, III. I point to the militarization of domestic emergency services and civilian police forces.

5. Law enforcement officials of every stripe are paralyzed in their unwillingness to do their duty. State and Federal judges accept OBAMA’s TREASON and are derelict in the performance of their duties. (enclosures)

6. I on the other hand refuse to accept the complicity of cowards. I insist and inspire YOU, the Federal Grand Jury, in the exercise of your Great Commission: The Power of Presentment. You are capable of transforming a collective fear and shame darkening this land in to the peaceful exercise of constitutionally recognized law enforcement.

7. Be mindful and clear on this point, this point alone: We the People–in one aspect or another–are the final arbiters in this matter. We the People hold in our hands the final appeal our Declaration of Independence and United States Constitution command.

SUBJECT: CRIMINAL ALLEGATIONS REGARDING THE COMMISSION OF TREASON.

I have observed and extensively recorded invidious attacks by military-political aristocrats against the Constitution for twenty years.

Now you have broken in and entered the White House by force of contrivance, concealment, conceit, dissembling, and deceit. Posing as an imposter president and commander in chief you have stripped civilian command and control over the military establishment. Known military and criminal actors–command racketeers–are now free in the exercise of military government intent upon destruction of America’s constitutional government.

Free from constitutional restraint, and following your criminal example, military commanders deployed U.S. Army active duty combat troops into the small civilian community of Samson, Alabama last week in a demonstration of their newly received despotic, domestic police power.

We come now to this reckoning. I accuse you and your military-political criminal assistants of TREASON. I name you and your military criminal associates as traitors. Your criminal ascension manifests a clear and present danger. You fundamentally changed our form of government. The Constitution no longer works.

Confident holding your silent agreement and admission, I identify you as a foreign born domestic enemy.

My sworn duty Mr. Obama is to stand against what you stand for. You are not my president. You are not my commander in chief.

Can a legitimate President of the United States during term of office hold any other government position under the constitution of a foreign sovereign state? Do you realize that the President of the United States and U.S.  Commander in Chief can not at the same time chair the United Nations Security Council?

BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA chaired the United Nations Security Council in 2009. Article 1, Section 9, Clause 8 of the United States Constitution forbids the Executive from holding office in or receiving appointments from any foreign governmental body:

No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.

U.S. Army troops were illegally deployed to the small civilian town of Samson, Alabama in response to the shooting spree of one man, 28 year old Michael McLendon, who shot 10 people, including himself. This action violated the Posse Comitatus Act, a United States federal law (18 U.S.C. – 1385), passed on June 16, 1878 after the end of Reconstruction, and states:

Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or the Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.

DoD Directive 3025.15 does not supersede Posse Comitatus.

An Army investigation found that soldiers should not have been sent to man the traffic stops, and an Army report released to the Associated Press in response to a Freedom of Information Act request said the decision to dispatch military police from nearby Fort Rucker broke the law.

Barack Obama, through the Department of Justice, filed a lawsuit against the State of Arizona and Governor Jan Brewer:

Plaintiff, the United States of America, by its undersigned attorneys, brings this civil action for declaratory and injunctive relief, and alleges as follows:

INTRODUCTION

1. In this action, the United States seeks to declare invalid and preliminarily and permanently enjoin the enforcement of S.B. 1070, as amended and enacted by the State of Arizona, because S.B. 1070 is preempted by federal law and therefore violates the Supremacy Clause of the United States Constitution.

The Tenth Amendment under full frontal assault:

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

Arizona, as well as many border states, are under assault by the Mexican drug cartels. Whole towns on the Mexican side of the border are being murdered if they refuse the cartels, and the violence has spilled into America. Ranchers and border patrol agents have been killed. When President Obama refused to do anything substantial regarding this problem and after repeated pleas from officials, Governor Jan Brewer passed into law S.B. 1070, giving the State of Arizona the ability to protect its borders, a job the federal government is supposed to do but failed. Obama’s response was to sue Governor Brewer, clearly an obstruction of justice to further Obama’s agenda of granting amnesty to the 12 million illegals already here.

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) is a federal statute signed into United States law by President Barack Obama on March 23, 2010. This act, and the Healthcare and Reconciliation Act of 2010 (signed into law on March 30, 2010) made up the health care reform of 2010. “Obamacare” A total of 28 states have filed joint or individual lawsuits (including 26 states engaged in a joint action) to overturn the individual mandate portions of the law. In a press release, the Attorneys General of several states indicated their primary basis for the challenge was a violation of state sovereignty.

Most recently, Obama declared war against Libya without the approval of Congress, and he has opened negotiations with the Muslim Brotherhood (Ikhwan), violating Article 1 Section 10 of the Constitution:

No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay. 

Even more recently, Mr. Obama wants to sell Egypt, home of the Muslim Brotherhood, 125 tanks for their use. Ikhwan has a stated goal: the destruction of Israel, and then America. Here is their creed:

“Allah is our objective; the Quran is our law; the Prophet is our leader; jihad is our way; and death for the sake of Allah is the highest of our aspirations.”

“THE UNITED STATES OF ISLAM,” MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD FIGURE AND FORMER SPOKESMAN IN THE WEST: ESTABLISH A GLOBAL ISLAMIC STATE.

The Role of the Grand Jury

The Constitutional power of We the People sitting as grand jurors has been subverted by a deceptive play on words since 1946 when the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure were enacted. Regardless, the power still exists in the Constitution and has been upheld by the United States Supreme Court despite the intention of the legislature and other legal scholars to make our power disappear with a cheap magic trick.

In the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution, the Grand Jury has the power to return “presentments”, or indictments, on its own proactive initiation. Walt Fitzpatrick tells me that judges and prosecutors have taken the Power of Presentment from our Grand Juries. However, Walt’s charges of TREASON were accepted by U.S. Attorney William Killian and FBI Special Agent Richard L. Lambert in Tennessee in 2009, and it is a very serious thing to accuse the President of the United States of TREASON. If Walt’s charges were unfounded, the Secret Service would have arrested him when they paid him a visit, and he could have faced a death sentence. They didn’t arrest him, and Obama’s silence on the matter is his silent admission to the accusations.

I, as a citizen, intend to put as much pressure as I can on my local Grand Jury. We urge all citizens to do the same. Any citizen can take action in this matter, and I will include a link to a sample letter that you can use, or change to your satisfaction, to present to your Grand Jury.
