BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA conducts an act of War against the United States of America and its government by Mr. Obama’s forcible resistance to the United States Constitution, intent upon and successful in installing a rival and unconstitutional government.

March 10, 2009: U.S. Army troops were deployed to the small town of Samson, Alabama, after a one-man shooting spree. An Army investigation found that the troops should not have been sent, and the Department of Army Inspector General found the use of military personnel violated the Posse Comitatus Act, which prohibits federal troops from performing law enforcement actions. Mr. Obama acted as chair of the UN Security Council in 2009, violating Article 1, Section 9, Clause 8 of the U.S. Constitution. See article below: He then bypassed the Congress to begin the war in Libya, another Constitutional violation.

Instead of securing our southern borders, as he is mandated by the Constitution to do, Mr. Obama sued the State of Arizona for attempting to do his job, colluding with a foreign government, Mexico, to do so. He has sued the State of Alabama as well, and has allowed back-door amnesty for illegals when Congress did not pass his Dream Act. It is clear Barack Obama does not protect American borders, interests, or citizens.

California Congressman Darrell Issa is investigating the Department of Justice for Project Gunrunner, or Fast and Furious, whereby assault rifles were sold to Mexican drug cartels by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. DOJ Eric Holder is obstructing justice in this case, as Congressman Issa has testified. Two American border agents have been killed, and nothing can justify the selling of weapons by our government to drug cartels, nor bring these two agents back to their families. Barack Obama is dangerous, and he becomes more so each day he remains in power.

Mr. Obama’s TREASON destroys the protections afforded to us by our United States Constitution. Under Mr. Obama the Constitution no longer operates to protect myself, or my family, from a rival, overreaching, totalitarian government.

Confident holding Mr. Obama’s silent agreement and admission, I identify BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA as a foreign born domestic enemy. See article below:
