Mr. Obama is not a natural born citizen as required by Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 of the United States Constitution. His father was a British subject residing in Kenya.
Mr. Obama has not provided a certified hard copy of his birth certificate despite repeated lawsuits, suggesting that he is not a United States citizen. A law enforcement investigation led by Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Arizona has revealed that the birth certificate submitted online by Mr. Obama is a forgery. The investigation is still ongoing. Unless and until Mr. Obama produces a certified hard copy or a microfiche of his birth certificate, he has not proven his own United States citizenship.
Mr. Obama chaired the United Nations Security Council in September 2010, violating Article 1, Section 9, Clause 8 of the Constitution, which forbids the Executive from holding office in or receiving appointments from any foreign governmental body.
Mr. Obama’s Department of Justice violated the Tenth Amendment of the Constitution in 2010 when Governor Jan Brewer of Arizona was sued for passing into law S.B. 1070. After repeated pleas from officials in Arizona to secure Arizona’s borders were ignored by the Obama administration, Gov. Brewer attempted to secure the borders by passing this bill. The citizens of Arizona have been targeted and killed by illegal aliens entering Arizona from Mexico, and the government’s response was unconstitutional and violated the sovereignty of the State of Arizona. Other states have been sued for their immigration laws, including Oklahoma and South Carolina.
Mr. Obama pushed through and signed into law the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), also known as Obamacare, in March, 2010, unconstitutionally mandating that American citizens purchase a product, which is healthcare. This act also violates the constitutionally protected freedom of religion in the First Amendment by mandating that people of faith pay for abortion and contraceptive services.
Mr. Obama has asserted Executive Privilege in the Fast and Furious case, where thousands of weapons, including AK-47s, were sold to Mexican drug cartels through the Department of Justice and the ATF. Border agent Brian Terry and ICE agent Jaime Zapata were killed with guns sold in this operation, along with an untold number of Mexican citizens. Nowhere in the Constitution is the federal government given the authority to sell weapons to drug cartels who are invading the southern border and murdering American citizens.
Mr. Obama violated Article 1, Section 8, Clause 11; Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3, of the Constitution, and the War Powers Act, when he joined with NATO forces and began a war in Libya in 2011. He did not consult the Congress before bombing Libya, who posed no imminent threat to the United States. He merely notified the Congress after the bombing began. Weapons were given to the Libyan rebels at this time, many of whom include al-Qaeda members. Al-Qaeda is an enemy of the United States; arming them is providing material aid to them, which is Treason. Mr. Obama is also funneling weapons to the Syrian rebels, many of whom are members of al-Qaeda as well.
Mr. Obama is aiding and abetting an enemy of the United States by sending taxpayer money to Egypt, whose President, Mohamed Morsi, is a member of the Muslim Brotherhood. Tanks and other weapons have also been given to the Egyptian government. Per a Muslim Brotherhood document, seized by the FBI, “An Explanatory Memorandum On the General Strategic Goal for the Group In North America,” their stated goal is to destroy America from within. Aiding this group violates Article 3, Section 3, Clause 1 of the United States Constitution.
Mr. Obama has aided the rise of Muslim Brotherhood groups in the Middle East, providing them weapons to depose and/or kill their leaders. Muammar Gaddafi of Libya and Hosni Mubarack of Egypt, Western-friendly dictators, have both been killed and replaced with Islamists intent on governing with Sharia law. Mohamed Morsi, the new Egyptian President, is drafting a Constitution based on Sharia law, and those opposing him have been targeted and silenced. Christians, Jews, and other non-Muslims have been murdered and persecuted, many of them fleeing the country. Sadly, many are not able to leave and have suffered the consequences. Mr. Obama has entertained numerous members of the Muslim Brotherhood at the White House, including known terrorists who were previously banned from entering the United States.
Mr. Obama has expressed support for UNHRC 16/18, which is an anti-blasphemy law proposed by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), and pushed by the United Nations. It is a law that would make it a crime to criticize religion, most notably Islam, and is a direct violation of the First Amendment right of free speech guaranteed by the United States Constitution. Also in support of UNHRC 16/18 is Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
9/11/2012: Four Americans died while the White House watched. Help was requested, it could have been sent, and it was refused. CIA staff asked to be sent in as the attack was underway, and they were told to stand down. This is inexcusable and unacceptable. Ambassador Chris Stevens had asked the State Department repeatedly for security at the U.S. Consulate in Libya, and the State Department refused, per the testimony of a State Department employee, Charlene Lamb. There will be an investigation into who gave the order to stand down and not help four Americans during the 7 hour attack in Benghazi.

This one is an eye opener. Its shocking to know that all these violations have been committed by a man known to have a law background. More shocking is the fact that despite the clinching evidence against him for the crimes he has committed he continues to be President, Chief of Armed Forces. I think Americans lose the right to call Pakistan a failed state when such is the state of affairs in their own country. This is shocking, look at Pakistan’s history of 60 years and repeated army coups resulting in dictatorial rule and look at the actions of supreme court justices during each of the coups. Its something similar happening there in the US and I think along with Barack Obama, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court should also be tried for failing to taking action against the President for the repeated violation of the law of the land.
When the President does it, that means that it is not illegal.

Nixon was forced to resign over Watergate, Obama must be removed over BenghaziGate, as well as the above crimes. The House and the Senate have not removed him… do they want a civil war? This is a good start, but lacking in more specifics. For example, the allegation with respect to Benghazi should read: President Obama directed his administration to provide material, political, financial, and military support to al-Qaeda, and al-Qaeda allied forces in an effort to support the expansion of the Islamic Caliphate. Also, crimes of treason were committed by Senator Pelosi, Senator Harry Reid, and John Doe members of the Democratic Party and several Secretary’s of State for their actions to certify Obama as eligible for the Office of President. The election of Obama is a conspiracy by an entire political party to harm the Republic. I believe that every member of Congress who signed off on the Indefinite Detention of American Citizens is guilty of treason too. Furthermore, today’s effort to infringe on the Peoples Right to bear arms by law makers is treasonous. Law makers take an oath to support and defend the Constitution. I call this law warfare when law makers make laws that eliminate the peoples rights under the Constitution. Law warfare is liken to taking up arms against the Republic. Only, in this case, the politicians are using law as the weapon. Therefore, Senator Feinstein’s Bill to infringe on the Peoples Rights under the 2nd Amendment is law warfare and it is treasonous given her law making position.
So many know this. What do we actually do? The response is that the “birthers” see conspiracy where there is none–“crazy”. I can’t even get my husband to listen because he believes that Obama would never have made it to this point if these things were true. He doesn’t see the effort and money that has gone into making up this person. He isn’t qualified for the job. He has been thoroughly engineered. He can’t give a speech without a teleprompter. He is schooled for drama. The reason in my opinion that he doesn’t negotiate but only dictates is because he doesn’t know what to do or how to lead (When he won the election he said he was looking for suggestions–really?). He is a globalist puppet that has been taught socialism, anti-colonialism. He was fundamentally brought up to be Muslim and therefore his sympathies and allegiance lies with powers outside of USA. He is not an American. He is not an American “black” (he in no way identifies with black Americans.). Make no mistake the powers that formed him in Chicago were Michelle’s family. It was her effort and influence to get him his stolen SS# and got the money to get him into politics.
There isn’t a strong presence of GOP or TParty in inner city communities to counteract the liberal democrat agenda and so they blindly follow the Pied Piper who offers empty promises and bribes, lies, and steals votes. He is a man of arrogant entitlement. The churches used to take care of their communities but now they flounder in poverty, violence and hopelessness and they only voice they hear is Obama’s or his minion’s.
The culture needs to be changed. Maybe volunteering in dis-enfranchised communities would help them see that there are people who care. Teach them, befriend them. Be there. It’s only a start. I don’t see a petition doing anything except bringing awareness. I have signed them and gotten b s responses. It will take doing something. It will take grass roots effort I believe. I didn’t elect him. My county didn’t elect him.
You’re absolutely right, and you have some great ideas, thank you. I agree, we need to start in our communities and work outwards, educating people, helping them, and in our churches as well. So many churches are afraid to talk about politics, and they shouldn’t be. I agree, the culture does need to be changed, and we need to turn back to God, number one. We’ve removed Him from society, and we’re paying the price. When a nation is in distress, it cries out to God, and maybe that’s what He wants us to do.
I live in a part of the country that is relatively “churched” but so much of the nation is un-churched especially in the disenfranchised inner cities. We talk about personal ministries in our church and this may become an issue that takes personal responsibility to be a part of the solution. We each have different talents and abilities and situations but we do have to ask the question of ourselves, “how can I help? How can I make a difference? How can I serve? Who can I touch?”
I understand, and I suppose this is where we rely on God’s Holy Spirit to guide us to where He wants us to be. He has a purpose for each and every one of us, and He will reveal it to us, in His time. Sometimes we’re fulfilling God’s purpose for us and we don’t even realize it. It sounds like you already have an idea of where God wants you. He’ll let you know, and He’ll send you confirmation. God is always faithful, especially when we’re faithful to Him.
