10 Questions For The 2012 GOP Candidates

First of all, I’d like to congratulate you all on your progress thus far. These are exciting times we live in, as well as dangerous ones, and this is a very important election. We need a leader who is not afraid to speak up and stand by what they believe in; who will implement what it takes to get America’s economy back on track; who will protect our National Security and protect our borders, as well as our only ally Israel, and who will be decisive without bowing to special interests.

There are many of us who have specific questions, and I’m wondering if each of you would answer each question in the comment section, including links if you would like, and then I will post a blog with your answers and your views. I promise I’ll keep it simple, and thank you in advance if you do decide to provide us with a statement. Looking forward to 2012. ~ Kristy Lonestar

1. Will you uphold the United States Constitution, to the exclusion of any other form of law? Specifically: would you be willing to sign a pro-Constitution, anti-religious/cultural/international law pledge?

2. If you were President, would you sign onto UN Agenda 21? If not, would you stop all federal support for any iniatives relating to Agenda 21?

3. What will you do to secure our borders, and will you deport those who are here illegally?

4. Do you see radical Islam as a National Security threat and what is your plan to combat it? Specifically: will you have organizations such as CAIR, ISNA, and MSA investigated and shut down if they have ties with Hamas, a terrorist organization? Will you bow to pressure from CAIR?

5. Do you think the federal government is too big, and what will you do to limit its size and scope of power in the lives of American citizens?

6. Will you repeal Obamacare, and do you have a comprehensive tax reform plan that will stimulate the economy? How will you create an environment that will allow businesses to hire and create more jobs?

7. Do you support Israel, our only ally in the Middle East? Do you think Israel should go back to the 1967 borders? What would you do about Hamas?

8. Do you see Iran as a National Security threat, and what is your policy on dealing with Iran?

9. Do you support pulling all but 3,000 troops out of Afghanistan?

10. Do you have a valid Birth Certificate, showing that you’re eligible to be President of the United States according to the U.S. Constitution?

Thank you again if you’ve answered, and if you’d like to make your own statement, please feel free.

  1. Yes, I would uphold the constitution to exclusion of all other forms of law and would be willing to sign a pro-constitution pledge with pleasure!

I would completely withdraw from UN Agenda 21. Other nations do not have the right to pursue their agendas within the United States especially where the constitution would be compromised. Quite frankly on US soil it is none of their business. All government employees should be required to learn about the ramifications of Agenda 21 on the Constitution and be asked to take appropriate actions to protect the constitution at the local level to the national level. I would recommend withdrawing contracts with ICLEI and disbanding them in our country.

I would secure the borders with military personnel withdrawn from other countries and beef up border patrol significantly. I would support fence building and surveillance. I would deport illegal immigrants starting with felons immediately. Deportations of adults who were brought here illegally as children is an area I believe should be considered on a case by case basis as they did not have any control over it and many have adjusted into American culture while attending our schools. This being said, I do believe they should be required to attend a rigorous program to obtain citizenship or elect to be deported with their parents. Minor children of illegal aliens should be deported with their parents. I support legal immigration.

Radical Islam is DEFINITELY a national security threat. I will not bow to pressure from anyone. The United States is predominantly a Christian nation and our values and beliefs will not be compromised by extremists any longer. Religious freedom is protected under the constitution. This does not mean we should be forced into assimilation by radicals or tolerated law breaking in the name of religion by those who wish to cause harm.

I do think the federal government is way too big. I believe the power and decision-making should go back to the states in all areas with the exception of military and national security as intended by the constitution. Further I believe tax laws need to be reformed and simplified. The very first thing that needs to be done is the elimination of all unconstitutional executive orders of the past.

I would absolutely work to repeal Obamacare but feel we do need healthcare reform. Opening state lines for health insurance companies to compete will reduce prices and provide better coverage (as it did with auto insurance). Mandatory health insurance purchase requirements are unconstitutional and should not be forced upon the American people. The federal government has no business telling the American people how they should spend their money. Medicare and Medicaid need better controls to reduce/prevent fraud not coverage. I believe tax reform is desperately needed. Flat/Fair tax models should be reviewed and utilized to replace our over-reaching and oppressive current tax system to include a massive reduction in the size and scope of the IRS. This will stimulate the economy and free business owners to expand and hire again. Tax reduction not increases or additions.

I stand with Israel! The 1967 borders will put Israel in harm’s way, in no way do I support the 1967 borders as they are not defensible as indicated by Prime Minister Netanyahu. Hamas is a group of terrorists. There will be no negotiating with terrorists.

Iran is a national security threat. Iran should be disarmed NOT allowed to proliferate. They have been clear in their wish to cause us harm and to harm our ally Israel. Again, no negotiating with terrorists.

I support pulling troops from both Afghanistan and Iraq. Should a job need to be completed there to protect our homeland from terrorists, then we need to give our military the freedom to do the job and return home. No more putting troops needlessly in harm’s way by keeping their hands tied behind their backs.

I do have a valid birth certificate that I will proudly produce for public review. I was born in Orlando Florida at Orange County Memorial Hospital. AND my parents are both US citizens born in Florida as well.

Lol, will you be our next President, Denise? I LOVE your answers! Well thought out and more than I expected. I’ll tweet this out to the GOP candidates and see if they’ll give an answer anywhere nearing yours. Wouldn’t that be something? Thank you so much!

  2. For the record, I have not filed my paperwork to run yet but am preparing it and looking for a team and funding. I have answered these questions to feel out whether support would be there for me to run or not. I am an average American citizen with an M.B.A.

This is a amazing informative site, thanks for all your work I appreciate it, I suspected something as crazy as this. I was right, appears our president is a little impulsive as evident by the corrections to the previous orders, seems he had to go back and fix them up a bit. Thanks again
