This is a question we must ask ourselves today. Is there anything in the United States Constitution which supports its own demise, and the demise of America?
The First Amendment
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people to peaceably assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Clearly we have freedom of religion and freedom of speech. But what happens when one religion wants to destroy another religion? What happens when one religion wants to take away freedom of speech? Who does the Constitution protect?
The Fourteenth Amendment (Section 3)
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President or Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
This Amendment tells us that those who have taken an oath to uphold the Constitution are not allowed to engage in an insurrection against it, or to give aid or comfort to the enemies of the Constitution. Who is an enemy to the Constitution, and to America, today?
Let’s take a look at the Muslim Brotherhood (Ikhwan) Manifesto for the United States:
An Explanatory Memorandum
On the General Strategic Goal for the Group
In North America
In the name of God, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Thanks be to God, Lord of the Two Worlds
And Blessed are the Pious
Subject: A project for an explanatory memorandum for the General Strategic goal for the Group in North America mentioned in the long-term plan
One: The Memorandum is derived from:
1 – The general strategic goal of the Group in America which was approved by the Shura Council and the Organizational Conference for the year [I9871 is “Enablement of Islam in North America, meaning: establishing an effective and a stable Islamic Movement led by the Muslim Brotherhood which adopts Muslims’ causes domestically and globally, and which works to expand the observant Muslim base, aims at unifying and directing Muslims’ efforts, presents Islam as a civilization alternative, and supports the global Islamic State wherever it is”.

5- Presenting Islam as a civilization alternative
6 – Supporting the establishment of the global Islamic State wherever it is].
- It must be stressed that it has become clear and emphatically known that all is in agreement that we must “settle” or “enable” Islam and its Movement in this part of the world.
- Therefore, a joint understanding of the meaning of settlement or enablement must be adopted, through which and on whose basis we explain the general strategic goal with its six elements for the Group in North America.
Three: The Concept of Settlement:
This term was mentioned in the Group’s “dictionary” and documents with various meanings in spite of the fact that everyone meant one thing with it. We believe that the understanding of the essence is the same and we will attempt here to give the word and its “meanings” a practical explanation with a practical Movement tone, and not a philosophical linguistic explanation, while stressing that this explanation of ours is not complete until our explanation of “the process” of settlement itself is understood which is mentioned in the following paragraph. We briefly say the following:
Settlement: “That Islam and its Movement become a part of the homeland it lives in”.
Establishment: “That Islam turns into firmly-rooted organizations on whose bases civilization, structure and testimony are built”.
Stability: “That Islam is stable in the land on which its people move”.
Enablement: “That Islam is enabled within the souls, minds and the lives of the people of the country in which it moves”.
Rooting: “That Islam is resident and not a passing thing, or rooted “entrenched” in the soil of the spot where it moves and not a strange plant to it”.
Four: The Process of Settlement:
- In order for Islam and its Movement to become “a part of the homeland” in which it lives, “stable” in its land, “rooted” in the spirits and minds of its people, “enabled” in the live of its society and has firmly-established “organizations” on which the Islamic structure is built and with which the testimony of civilization is achieved, the Movement must plan and struggle to obtain “the keys” and the tools of this process in carry out this grand mission as a “Civilization
Jihadist” responsibility which lies on the shoulders of Muslims and – on top of them – the Muslim Brotherhood in this country. Among these keys and tools are the following:

Before I get to the worst part of this Muslim Brotherhood plan for the U.S., let’s take a moment to reflect on the above. What do they mean by civilization alternative? That civilization, as we know it in America, ceases to exist in favor of their alternative, which is Islam? Is this not a direct threat to our civilization? Does the United States Constitution protect this so-called religion which seeks an alternative to our civilization? And what do they mean by “Civilization Jihadist”? Let’s see what they say:
3- Understanding the historical stages in which the Islamic Ikhwani activism went through in this country:
The writer of the memorandum believes that understanding and comprehending the historical stages of the Islamic activism which was led and being led by the Muslim Brotherhood in this continent is a very important key in working towards settlement, through which the Group observes its march, the direction of its movement and the curves and turns of its road. We will suffice here with mentioning the title for each of these stages [The title expresses the prevalent
characteristic of the stage] [Details maybe mentioned in another future study]. Most likely, the stages are:
A- The stage of searching for self and determining the identity.
B- The stage of inner build-up and tightening the organization.
C- The stage of mosques and the Islamic centers.
D- The stage of building the Islamic organizations – the first phase.
E- The stage of building the Islamic schools – the first phase.
F- The stage of thinking about the overt Islamic Movement – the first phase.
G- The stage of openness to the other Islamic movements and attempting to reach a formula for dealing with them – the first phase.
H- The stage of reviving and establishing the Islamic organizations – the second phase. We believe that the Group is embarking on this stage in its second phase as it has to open the door and enter as it did the first time.
4- Understanding the role of the Muslim Brother in North America:
The process of settlement is a “Civilization-Jihadist Process” with all the word means. The Ikhwan must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and “sabotaging” its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all other religions. Without this level of understanding, we are not up to this challenge and have not prepared ourselves for Jihad yet. It is a Muslim’s destiny to perform Jihad and work wherever he is and wherever he lands until the final hour comes, and there is no escape from that destiny except for those who chose to slack. But, would the slackers and the Mujahedeen be equal.
Ah, now we have it. Their true goal: eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and sabotaging our miserable house by our hands and by the hands of the believers (Muslims) so that it is eliminated and Allah’s religion is made victorious over all other religions. Does this sound like sedition to you? Treason? Does the United States Constitution support this plan? Let’s go on:
5- Understanding that we cannot perform the settlement mission by ourselves or away from people:
A mission as significant and as huge as the settlement mission needs magnificent and exhausting efforts. With their capabilities, human, financial and scientific resources, the Ikhwan will not be able to carry out this mission alone or away from people and he who believes that is wrong, and God knows best. As for the role of the Ikhwan, it is the initiative, pioneering, leadership, raising the banner and pushing people in that direction. They are then to work to employ, direct and
unify Muslims’ efforts and powers for this process. In order to do that, we must possess a mastery of the art of “coalitions“, the art of “absorption” and the principles of “cooperation“.
Why did they use quotation marks for these three words that I’ve put in italics? They must possess a mastery of the art of “coalitions.” What does that mean? The countless groups in America affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood? The art of “absorption.” Does that mean they pretend to absorb into our society while planning our destruction? And the principles of “cooperation.” Do they cooperate with our way of life until they have the numbers to enforce their way of life?

My question is this: does the United States Constitution protect the above? The subjugation of “unbelievers,” or anyone who doesn’t accept Islam, is commanded in the Quran, not only in this manifesto. Islam is presented as a religion, but it is much more than a religion. As Eliana Benador wrote, it is a religiously presented ideology, and I agree. Islam is a totalitarian ideology that encompasses the political, cultural, domestic, and religious lives of all Muslims who obey the Quran. As seen here, and in the Quran, Islam intends to subjugate America, and the rest of the world. It has taken over many countries, including, but not limited to, Europe, London, Norway, France, and Great Britain. Sharia law is allowed, there are Sharia zones where non-Muslims cannot enter, and there are cases of Sharia law in America. We have Muslim Congressmen, one who took his oath to the Constitution on a Quran. Are they compatible? No, they are not.
What does the Quran say about those who don’t submit to Islam? If it commands Muslims to subjugate unbelievers, and yes, to kill them, should the U.S. Constitution protect Islam as a religion? According to most Muslims, Mosque and State are inseparable. Sharia law dictates every single aspect of a Muslim’s life, and it is not only for Muslims. Sharia law is for non-Muslims as well. If imposed in America, the Constitution would be a thing of the past and the only law allowed would be Sharia law. This is a fact, and I fail to see how the United States Constitution can support its own demise, and the complete destruction of American civilization. Let’s see what the Quran says:
Sura 2:191-193 “And slay them wherever you find them, and drive them out of the places where they drive you out, for persecution (of Muslims) is worse than slaughter (of non-believers)..and fight them until persecution is no more, and religion is for Allah.”
Sura 8:12 “I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them.”
Sura 8:59-60 “And let not those who disbelieve suppose that they can outstrip (Allah’s purpose) Lo! they cannot escape. Make ready for them all you can of (armed) force and of horses tethered, that thereby you may dismay the enemy of Allah and your enemy.”
Sura 4:95 “Not equal are those believers who sit (at home) and receive no hurt, and those who strive and fight in the cause of Allah with their goods and their persons. Allah has granted a grade higher to those who strive and fight with their goods and persons than to those who sit (at home). Unto all (in faith) has Allah promised good: but those who strive and fight has He distinguished above those who sit (at home) by a special reward.”
Sura 4:104 “And be not weakhearted in pursuit of the enemy; if you suffer pain, then they (too) suffer pain as you suffer pain.”
Sura 2:216 “Fighting is prescribed for you, and you dislike it. But it is possible that you dislike a thing which is good for you, and that you love a thing which is bad for you. But Allah knows, and you know not.”
Sura 5:33 “The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and his Messenger and strive to make mischief in the land is only this, that they should be murdered or crucified or their hands and their feet should be cut off on opposite sides or they should be imprisoned; this shall be as a disgrace for them in this world, and in the Hereafter they shall have a grievous chastisement.”
Sura 9:5 “So when the sacred months have passed away, then slay the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them captives and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush, then if they repent and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate, leave their way free to them.”
Sura 9:38-39 “O you who believe! what is the matter with you, that, when you are asked to go forth in the cause of Allah, you cling heavily to the earth? Do you prefer the life of this world to the Hereafter? But little is the comfort of this life, as compared with the Hereafter. Unless you go forth, He will punish you with a grievous penalty, and put others in your place.”
Sura 9:41-42 “Go forth, light-armed and heavy-armed, and strive with your wealth and your lives in the way of Allah! That is best for you if you but knew. If there had been immediate gain (in sight) , and the journey easy, they would (all) without doubt follow you, but the distance was long, (and weighed) on them.”
Sura 9:73 “O Prophet! strive hard against the unbelievers and the hypocrites and be unyielding to them; and their abode is hell, and evil is the destination.”
Sura 47:35 “Be not weary and faint-hearted, crying for peace, when you should be uppermost (Shakir: “have the upper hand”) for Allah is with you.”
Sura 48:29 “Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. And those with him are hard (ruthless) against the disbelievers and merciful amongst themselves.”
Sura 9:111 “Allah has purchased of the believers their persons and their goods; for theirs (in return) is the garden (of Paradise): they fight in His cause, and slay and are slain: a promise binding on Him in truth, through the Law, the Gospel, and the Quran: and who is more faithful to his covenant than Allah? then rejoice in the bargain which you have concluded: that is the achievement supreme.”
Sura 61:4 “Surely Allah loves those who fight in His way!”
The White House and the State Department are holding meetings with the Muslim Brotherhood. Any mention of Islam has been erased from FBI training materials. Criticism of Islam is not allowed in many places, in fact, some are jailed and even killed if they but speak the truth about Islam. Is it only a religion? Of course the U.S. Constitution protects the freedom of religion, and all are welcome to worship as they choose. But does it protect a religiously presented ideology that intends to destroy us? Does the Constitution protect Sharia law, which would effectively end the same, as well as the Bill of Rights? You decide.
